Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about your purchase. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Echo subscriptions: if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, who is the Merchant of Record for all Echo subscriptions. To request a refund, contact us at agoodbrands@gmail.com with the email address you purchased with and we'll help.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page in Echo or via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
